Title: Image Reconstruction, Image Analysis and Machine Learning Algorithms to Improve Diagnostic Capability of Optical Coherence Tomography and Photoacoustic Imaging

Abstract:
In this talk, we describe the principle of two popular imaging modalities in biomedical research, i.e., optical coherence tomography and photoacoustic imaging. We then explain several applications of signal/image processing, image analysis, and advanced image reconstruction algorithms to improve the quality of images these imaging modalities generate, and their diagnostic capability.
